Self-Paced Prework (optional)
Prior to your workshop, you can choose to engage in optional self-paced exploration in a set of curated activities from The Art of Coaching Workbook. These activities allow you to maximize your workshop experience.
You’ll come together with a Bright Morning facilitator and a community of coaches to observe masterful coaching, engage in coaching role plays, and receive feedback to sharpen your practice. What else you need to know
Participants in this experience must have attended one of our coaching workshops, and they must have a copy of The Art of Coaching Workbook (not included in the registration fee). The Art of Coaching is also recommended for understanding the foundations of Transformational Coaching but is not strictly required for TCA learners. If you’re new to Transformational Coaching, start with The Art of Coaching workshop.
These sessions are not recorded. The majority of your learning will be in breakout spaces. Participants have access to content for 30 days after the last session to help supplement learning.
