Building off of Elena Aguilarās best-selling book, Arise: The Art of Transformational Coaching (2024), youāll receive additional tools and resources to help you plan for and have conversations that result in behavior and belief change.Ā

Your learning begins with a self-paced exploration of foundational knowledge and tools found in Arise: The Art of Transformational Coaching (2024).
Part Two
6 learning blocks, 12 hours total over 3 days
This workshop is a 3-day learning experience, each day consisting of two 2-hour learning blocks with an hour break in between. You will come together with a Bright Morning facilitator in community to process your learning, and engage in small group discussion and coaching practice.Ā
This workshop is highly interactive, allowing you the ability to quickly build skills and synthesize learning through role-play practice and discussion.

Requirements
Participants must have a copy of Arise: The Art of Transformational Coaching (2024). This book is needed for prework. It must be purchased prior to the start of the series and are not included in the registration fee.
