How You’ll Spend Your Time
On-Demand Learning Library
Each Skill Session can be completed in ~5-60 minutes, many in as little as 20.
Each month you receive access to ~20 new asynchronous Skill Sessions led by Elena Aguilar (totaling over 100 within the course of the year). The Skill Sessions are organized around a monthly theme, providing timely support. Skill Sessions are a combination of exclusive resources, direct instruction, reflection activities, and demonstrations.

- September: (Re)building a Team: This is so hard!
- October: Capacity Gaps: I don’t have enough time to do everything.
- November: Overwhelm: They say they can’t take on anything else.

PLC Sessions
90-minutes each month
You’ll join a Bright Morning facilitator and a community of leaders to problem-solve through using structured consultancies. Each month, you bring your challenge and leave with a path forward in response to your context.
All PLC sessions are 90 minutes and take place from 11 am-12:30 pm PT (1 pm-2:30 pm CT/2 pm-3:30 pm ET).

Pop-Up Workshops

Participants in this learning experience must have a copy of The Art of Coaching Teams. The book is not included in the registration fee.
