This 3-day workshop features two 2-hour learning blocks each day, with a one-hour break in between. You'll actively build skills and apply new learning through role plays, agenda design, and action planning in a highly interactive environment.
Activities include:
- Crafting your vision as a designer and facilitator
- Using the Five Whys protocol to anchor meetings in shared purpose
- Developing scripts and practicing responses to resistance
- Receiving feedback to sharpen your agendas and meeting designs

Access to Program Content
Virtual workshop sessions are recorded and available for 30 days after the final session—perfect for catching up or revisiting key learning. In-person workshops are not recorded.
My favorite part of being a Bright Morning member is participating in a supportive community dedicated to learning.
