What can I get free with my purchase?
Your free options depend on what you purchase. In every combination, your free experience must be of equal or lesser value.
Start by purchasing the higher-value eligible experience. After the sale, we’ll email you a coupon code to register for your free experience.
Ways to use the offer
Pair a workshop with a year of continued learning.
Start with an in-person workshop, then use your free experience to join Coaching Lab or Leadership Lab—giving you ongoing opportunities to practice, learn, and get support throughout the year.
Workshop + Lab pairings are available with in-person workshops only. A live virtual workshop qualifies for a second live virtual workshop.
Grow as both a coach and a leader.
Want to participate in both Coaching Lab and Leadership Lab? Enroll in one and get the other free.
Because the Labs are the same price, you can purchase either one first. Or give your free Lab enrollment to a colleague.
Choose two workshops.
Purchase an in-person workshop and choose an eligible in-person or live virtual workshop of equal or lesser value free.
Or purchase a live virtual workshop and choose a second live virtual workshop free.
Choose two different learning experiences for yourself, bring a colleague to one with you, or let them choose an eligible workshop of their own.
Join Facilitation Studio with a colleague.
Join Facilitation Studio and invite a colleague to join you free.
Because Studio enrollment is rolling, you can both begin as soon as you join.
Facilitation Studio is the one part of this offer designed specifically for learning together: the free enrollment must go to a colleague.
How to redeem your free learning
1. Purchase your higher-value experience during the sale
Make your qualifying purchase between November 27 and December 2, 2026. The sale ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific on December 2.
Know what you want to pair? Purchase whichever experience costs more. If they’re the same price, purchase either one.
2. Watch your email for your coupon code
We’ll email you a coupon code that can be used beginning December 7 to register for your eligible free experience.
Using your free experience for a colleague? Simply pass the code along to them.
3. Choose your free learning by June 30, 2027
You’ll have from December 7, 2026 through June 30, 2027 to redeem your coupon code.
And you don’t have to attend by June 30. That’s the deadline to choose and register for your free experience—not to complete it.
Need funding approval?
If your school or organization will be paying for your learning, start the conversation as soon as you can. It may help to share both experiences you’re interested in and explain that your purchase includes a second eligible experience free.

Frequently asked questions
Can I mix and match different types of learning?
Yes, within the eligible combinations above.
An in-person workshop can be paired with an eligible in-person workshop, live virtual workshop, or Lab. Coaching Lab and Leadership Lab can also be paired together.
A live virtual workshop can be paired with another live virtual workshop. Facilitation Studio can be paired with a second Studio enrollment for a colleague.
Can I get both Coaching Lab and Leadership Lab?
Yes. Purchase either Lab during the sale, then use your coupon code to enroll in the other beginning December 7.
Can I pair a coaching workshop with Coaching Lab?
Yes, if you purchase an in-person coaching workshop. Virtual workshops cannot be paired with a Lab.
Can the free experience be for me?
Yes! For workshops and Labs, you can choose two separate learning experiences for yourself.
The exception is Facilitation Studio: your free Studio enrollment must go to a colleague.
Does my colleague have to choose the same workshop or Lab?
No. They can choose any eligible free option associated with your purchase, as long as it is of equal or lesser value.
For Facilitation Studio, the free experience is another Studio enrollment.
Do I need to register for both experiences during the sale?
No. During the sale, you only need to purchase your first experience. We’ll email your coupon code, and you’ll have from December 7, 2026 through June 30, 2027 to choose and register for your free experience.
Do I have to attend my free experience by June 30, 2027?
No. June 30 is the deadline to redeem your code and register. Your learning experience can take place after that date.
Are any workshop dates excluded?
No. Any available date for an eligible workshop can be selected.
Are Mini Workshops or on-demand workshops included?
No. Mini Workshops and on-demand Mini Workshops are not eligible for this offer.
Is Bright Morning Membership included?
No. Bright Morning Membership is not included in this offer.
When does Facilitation Studio begin?
Whenever you’re ready. Studio has rolling enrollment, so you and your colleague can begin when you join.
When does the sale end?
The sale ends December 2, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific.
