What are you ready to let go of?
June 22, 2026

On June 15, we released the final episode of The Bright Morning Podcast.
This podcast has been a labor of love. It’s brought me so much joy. And it has also required a lot from our small but mighty team.
We said yes to it for years because we believed in it. We still do. But one of our guiding principles at Bright Morning is that every “yes” is also a “no” to something else.
And as we looked ahead to what we want to build next—new workshops, new tools, more personalized support—we realized that continuing the podcast would mean saying no to those things.
Creating great work requires being honest about capacity. And sustainability isn’t just something we talk about. It’s something we try to live. Ending the podcast is us doing that. It’s us saying: this has been beautiful. And it’s time for what’s next.
I’ve been thinking about that in my own life, too and wanted to share these prompts I’m considering because I think they will serve you too:
- Where do I need to let something go because it’s complete?
- What am I holding onto out of habit, not intention?
- What could open up if I made a different choice?
As I look ahead to this summer and fall, I’m also thinking a lot about rest. Not just taking time off, but being more intentional about how I incorporate rest during my days and weeks.
I created a simple 7 Types of Rest Wheel to help me do that, and I want to share it with you. I hope it spurs some much deserved rejuvenation for you this summer.
And if, like me, you’re already thinking about what’s next for you this fall, I’d love to see you at one of our in-person The Art of Transformational Coaching workshops!
