- Elena noted it’s essential to clarify why your coachee is being coached. What is the reason in your context? How will you communicate that reason? (Tip: If you’re not clear and confident in your answer, this is a great question to ask your supervisor.)
- How will you explain your role as a coach and your approach to coaching to a new coachee? (Tip: writing this out and practicing saying it aloud will build your confidence and clarity!)
- Given your context, what are the questions your coachees might have that you can anticipate and proactively answer?
